a. The main oil pump adopts Germany Hawe, Rexroth, Japan Kawasaki series.
b. The hydraulic valve adopts well-known brands at home and abroad. The special hydraulic valve used in the hydraulically controlled concrete pump has a large flow rate and low energy loss. It also saves energy while ensuring system reliability.
c. The hydraulic hose fitting adopts Eaton products from the United States to ensure the safety of the hydraulic system and no leakage.
d. Power adopts well-known domestic and foreign brands – Yantai Motor, Siemens Bede Motor.
e. The radiator uses a plate-fin air-cooled radiator (motor) to ensure that the system operates at the maximum temperature allowed.
f. Large cylinder seal adopts American Parker products.
2. Electrical parts
Electronic control products adopt Schneider and LG products to improve the reliability of electronic control systems.
3. Mechanical parts
a. The new design of the hopper adopts 16-manganese steel welding and wear-resisting; the concrete has good fluidity and inhalation in the hopper.
The b.S valve tube is made of high-manganese steel as a whole casting and the wearable surface is made of anti-wear material. It has the advantages of high pressure resistance and wear resistance. The internal cavity is smooth and smooth, and the concrete flows smoothly. The pumping performance is further improved. Spline shafts are alloyed for special surface treatments to increase wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
c. The eye plate and cutting ring are made of hard alloy and are durable.
d. The unique double sealing structure of the stirring system is filled with high-pressure lubricant to prevent the mortar from entering and protect the stirring shaft. High wear-resistant, large-radius stirring blades are used for feeding to effectively improve suction performance.
e. Concrete pistons are precision machined from imported materials and have excellent qualities of resistance to hydrolysis, abrasion and high temperatures.
4. Lubrication system
The centralized lubrication system uses progressive distributors to supply oil to lubrication points one by one, and can be timed and accurately injected to save grease consumption.
a. Full-hydraulic reversing hydraulic system: pumping, S-tube distribution and exchange to replace the action without electrical signal participation, reversing shock, low noise, significantly increase the life of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves.
b. The full hydraulic control system eliminates the intermediate steps of the electronic control signal, greatly improving the reliability of the entire set of equipment.
c. Adopt centralized valve plate: The main system hydraulic valves are centralized on one valve plate to reduce cross-connected pipes, and the system is more compact and reduces oil leakage opportunities.
